The Preventive Care Journal (TPCJ) is dedicated to maintaining the highest ethical standards and transparency in academic publishing. Article Processing Charges (APCs) & Publication Fees

TPCJ follows a transparent and inclusive policy regarding publication fees:

No Article Processing Charge (APC) is required for manuscript submission, review, or publication.
All accepted articles are published free of cost to promote open and equitable access to scientific knowledge.


Retraction and Correction Policy

To ensure the highest standards of academic integrity, TPCJ enforces a strict policy regarding article corrections and retractions:

  • Corrections: Authors may request corrections for minor factual or typographical errors. The journal will issue an official erratum or corrigendum where appropriate.

  • Retractions: In cases involving ethical breaches such as plagiarism, data manipulation, or falsification, TPCJ reserves the right to retract the published article.

  • Expressions of Concern: If an article is under investigation for potential ethical issues, TPCJ may issue a temporary notice pending the outcome of the review.


Submission and Review Timeline

TPCJ aims to maintain a fair and efficient review process while ensuring quality and transparency.

  • Submission to Initial Decision: 2–4 weeks

  • Peer Review Duration: 6–8 weeks

  • Final Publication (Post-Acceptance): 2–3 weeks
