Copyright Policy
Copyright Ownership
Authors publishing with the Journal of Innovative Teaching and Learning Research (JITLR) retain the copyright of their work. The journal allows authors to maintain ownership while granting JITLR a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and display the work in any format or medium.
Author Responsibilities
Authors must ensure that their submissions are original and that they hold the necessary rights to grant publication permissions. Any use of third-party material must be properly credited, and permissions must be obtained for copyrighted content. JITLR is not responsible for copyright infringements committed by authors.
License Agreement
Upon acceptance, authors will sign a publishing agreement granting JITLR the right to publish under a Creative Commons License (CC BY-NC 4.0 or another relevant license).
-
CC BY-NC 4.0: This license permits others to copy, redistribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work for non-commercial purposes, provided proper credit is given to the original author and source.
Open Access Policy
JITLR follows a full open-access policy, ensuring that all published articles are freely available to readers without subscription barriers. This approach supports the wide dissemination of knowledge and greater academic engagement.
Self-Archiving and Repository Policy
Authors are encouraged to share their published articles in institutional repositories or on personal websites, provided they acknowledge JITLR as the original source. Preprints and accepted versions may also be archived with appropriate citation.
Plagiarism and Misconduct
All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools to verify originality. Cases of plagiarism, data fabrication, or copyright infringement will result in rejection, retraction, or other corrective measures.
Copyright Disputes
In case of copyright disputes, JITLR will follow established legal procedures and work with all concerned parties to ensure a fair resolution.
